We are an entrepreneurial NGO that was founded in 2015 on Lesvos in Greece. At the core of all our missions stands our Camp to CampUs approach. Following that approach, we build a community, together with (camp) residents. Not for them, but with them. With this approach, we stimulate the social participation of newcomers and sustainably facilitate social & local integration within a community.

Within this role, you will be part of the Amsterdam Office. The fundraising community contains next to you two enthusiast fundraising colleagues. Together you will work towards our fundraising goals. But you will also work closely together with our Management Team and colleagues from Marketing, Finance and all our ground missions.
As a team, we strongly believe in the value of working independently, with lots of freedom to take initiative, a can-do mentality and an entrepreneurial culture. We work smart, straight from the heart. Hands-on, ground-up. Nothing is impossible for us: that is how we think, work and act.
As an NGO we rely on incoming funds, donations, support and subsidies. Together with your other fundraising colleagues, you will ensure that Movement achieves its fundraising targets to continue our ground missions and grow as an organization. The fundraising & partnership manager will play an integral key role in the organization and is responsible for:
We are looking for a hands-on Fundraising & Partnership Manager. Meaning that you will be working on strategies, but writing key funding proposals, partner programs and reports as well.
